Manuel Ortiz Jr. has a family legacy of farming, being born and raised in Tulare County. His grandfather was a labor contractor who purchased about 1100 acres of land where Manuel grew up, working the farm and tending to cattle. Manuel started his own farming operation and custom farming business in 1975. He ran this business along with other agricultural ventures for the next 40 years, including raising beef cattle, Holstein heifers, running a trucking business, and more.
Over the years, Manuel has acquired many relationships in the agriculture field and is known throughout the Tulare, Kings, Kern and San Luis Obispo counties. His expertise, education, skills, and friendly nature will truly shine through when you choose him to represent you in all of your real estate needs.
